MakeItFlow provides an AI-powered chat interface that helps users create and manage n8n workflow automations. The Service integrates with third-party services including n8n and various AI models.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Credits and Payments

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to access AI features and may be purchased through our payment provider. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

No Refunds for Used Credits: Once credits have been used to access AI features or generate content, they cannot be refunded. Unused credits may be eligible for refund at our discretion, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as n8n. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MakeItFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any workflows you create using the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeItFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
